After raising 2M euro in its first investment round setting, with the goal of expanding the HRTech platform to other Eastern European countries, the Bulgarian job-matching app hired Pi2 to support its market entry strategy and build its brand awareness among media and employers & talents. The goal was obvious: to increase awareness about easier recruiting by adopting technology in the most time-consuming part of the recruitment process.


Pi2 has combined B2B and B2C communication activities to target both sides of the customer base: business partners and end consumers. Tools included media relations to increase brand awareness, industry events to build on nPloy’s local brand reputation and thought leadership, as well as marketing campaigns designed to explain the innovative solutions of the platform.
