Black Sea Trade & Development Bank (BSTDB) is an international financial institution founded by 11 shareholder countries with a mission to accelerate development and promote cooperation in the Black Sea Region. In 2020, the Bank selected Pi2 as its Romanian communication partner, to generate awareness on its role and operations and to be recognized as a prominent development finance institution for the Black Sea Region.

Pi2 has identified key public topics and event opportunities and matched them with the Bank’s expertise and business objectives. This ensured relevant presence in business and the industry media, with BSTDB’s reps presenting their expertise and solutions in prioritized economic sectors such as energy, public utilities, SMEs and trade finance, municipal services, agriculture etc.

In parallel, we adapted our storytelling B2B strategy and asked the Bank’s clients to present their successful business projects in order to build up confidence in the institution and consolidate its local reputation.
