
Romania Education Alliance (REA) was launched in 2024 with the ambition to build the first national network of private schools in Romania. With a plan to integrate more than 15 schools in major cities and investments exceeding €20 million in educational infrastructure, the alliance aims to support the development, modernization, and scaling of high-performing private schools across the country.
The main objective was to build a strong corporate reputation for Romania Education Alliance as a trusted, well-capitalized, and forward-thinking partner in private education. Establishing credibility in both business and education media was key to supporting long-term growth ambitions.
A secondary objective focused on developing a targeted B2B communication approach aimed at private school owners and operators. The goal was to clearly articulate the benefits of joining the network, drive interest in partnerships, and support the expansion of the alliance through strategic integration of new schools.

The campaign also included the development and promotion of market insights and studies on the evolution of private education in Romania. These reinforced REA’s positioning as a knowledgeable and credible industry player, while also supporting B2B engagement by addressing the needs and concerns of private school owners. Announcements around new partnerships with established schools further strengthened trust and demonstrated tangible progress.
