Hyatt, one of the most experienced international operators in the region and Bulgaria’s largest hotel operator today, chose Pi2 to support its local communication efforts as the operator intensified its focus on the Bulgarian market and later, regional, in Eastern Europe, as it started looking for a local partner in Romania. In less than 3 years since the opening of the first hotel under Hyatt management in Sofia, Bulgaria became Hyatt’s largest market in the region.
