Context:

With more than 1,250 hotels and all-inclusive properties in 76 countries, Hyatt is a leading international hotel operator and one of the most experienced in CEE. When they expanded presence across Eastern Europe, including the launch of new hotels in Bulgaria and a new venture in Romania, Hyatt selected Pi2 to support the local communication efforts.

Approach:

To support Hyatt’s strategic expansion in Eastern Europe, Pi2 developed a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the operator’s needs in both Bulgaria and Romania. The plan included a targeted media relations campaign to enhance Hyatt’s brand presence and communicate its commitment to the region. Pi2 focused on promoting the launch of new properties and the company’s future growth plans, ensuring increased brand awareness among key stakeholders.
